This was as of 4.0.3a, so all of that related stuff can be deleted, unless you like keeping it for old times sake. No more morrowgrain is necessary to make this bag. No more quest related NPC to talk to equals no more hoarding morrowgrain or Un'Goro Soil to make morrowgrain.
